Daily Tasks Summary

Day 2:

From here on out, your daily tasks will consist of a combination of the following:

  1. Trackers (every day)
  2. Short journaling task (five days a week)
  3. Guided meditation (every day is encouraged)

You must complete and submit all three tasks in one go.

If you’d like to complete your meditation later, continue to the end, submit today’s tasks to save your answers and access the meditation track in your dashboard when you’re ready.
