Introduction – First steps

Hi ,

Well done for taking this important step towards a complete recovery. The hardest part – your commitment to yourself – is behind you. Now, let’s get you back to doing what you love!

Life can feel overwhelming at the best of times, and adding an injury to it can cause a lot of stress and anxiety that can be difficult to cope with. This is why we’ve designed this programme to support your recovery through ‘bite-sized’ and easily manageable tasks.

Once you begin your course, you’ll see the day’s tasks that will be open and available for you to complete in the left hand tab of your Comeback dashboard. Your tasks will follow a specific structure based on research of the the very best way of processing both information and experience. Each task follows on from the previous one. However, you can choose to complete certain daily tasks at different times of the day, e.g. Journaling and Tracking in the morning and Meditations at night. If you can, try to complete each day on a 24 hour cycle, i.e. stick to the daily structure. This is to ensure maximum benefit from the content – you’ll see!
