Hi ,

We hope you got off to a good start with your first day of tasks. Now that you know what to expect. Let’s jump into day two.

Daily tasks

Today, your daily tasks include your trackers, a short journaling exercise, and a guided meditation task. 

Any missed tasks can be found and caught up by selecting it from the course outline in your left hand dashboard tab.

Long task: Information Gathering (Part One)

You should be busy with part one of your long task. If you haven’t started yet, here’s a friendly reminder to do so.

Tomorrow, you’ll receive part two – a short written exercise based on the information you gather in part one. You’ll have the rest of the week to complete this exercise.
