Name and tame your stress dragon – watch video

Welcome to ‘Naming and Taming your Stress Dragon’. Here, you’re encouraged to identify what’s stressing out right now, name it, and then reflect on what it’s taken from you. You’ll then be asked to watch a few information videos about stress and anxiety before you plan a small step towards taming your dragon. You should experience some relief after completing these exercises – just follow the prompts and see you on the other side.
